c. Drafting a Crisis Communications Plan – to help participants learn the fundamentals of formulating a basic crisis communications plan including stakeholder identification, crisis communication strategies and tactics, key messages for stakeholder groups, and drawer templates for a crisis.

d. Implementing a Crisis Communications Plan - the course takes participants through media handling techniques, communicating with external and internal stakeholders, managing social media issues, and operational plans related to crisis communications.
