This workshop equips public-facing representatives to deliver a consistent message with confidence in uncertain times such as crisis, major change or emergencies.  It is ideal for community centre officers, office administrators, personal assistants and call centre representatives.  

In a highly interactive format, participants learn specific language for updating the public, obtaining essential information and remaining professional when emotion runs high.

Importantly, they also acquire techniques for self-management under stress so they can keep the channels of communication open and support the organisation.
